25ml Bitter Orange Rum
Dash of orange spice bitters
How to mix
Take a piece of orange zest, use the cut side to rub orange oil onto the rim and inside of your serving glass. Place ice and the piece of orange zest in the glass.
In a tall bar glass place all the other ingredients, add plenty of ice and stir until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into your serving glass using Hawthorne strainer and fine sieve.
