Martini Royale


50ml Gin
12.5ml Cassis
12.5ml Dry Vermouth
Sprig of blackcurrants or
lemon zest & blueberry


How to mix

Place all the ingredients into a tall bar glass. Add plenty of ice and stir until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into a martini glass, using both a Hawthorne strainer and a fine sieve to remove any ice crystals. Garnish with a sprig of blackcurrants or a fine twist of lemon zest and a blueberry.
